My Recipes
Most of what I prepare in my kitchen starts with someone else’s creative genius.
I find recipes from friends and neighbors, cookbooks, food blogs and tidbits that my “I never follow a recipe” father offered me years ago. Then I make them, bump up the nutrition, if needed, then share them with you.
It’s a great talent to understand which foods combine well, and which ingredients offer zest, a hint of sweetness or deeply satisfying umami flavor. Indeed, cooking is both science and art. And I am so grateful to the fabulous chefs and home cooks out there who publish loads of their tasty creations.
My go-to recipes encompass a range of nutrient-dense diets, mostly Paleo, with hints of Mediterranean and vegetarian in the mix. You’ll find get some of my personal favorites when you sign up for my newsletter, and you can also check my blog.
As my client, you’ll gain access to my personal recipe database, housed on Plan to Eat. That means you get recipes from top culinary talents + my nutritional tweaks to support your health goals. How cool is that?
Happy cooking!
