Payment and Policies

Payment is due at the time of service. This may be paying in full for your 3-month program, or the first installment in a pro-rated plan. Check and Venmo preferred. I also take cash and credit. Checks returned for insufficient funds will result in a $60 fee.

Many clients benefit from lab testing and supplemental nutrients. These are not included in pricing above.

Missed appointments and cancellations: Please provide me as much notice possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Clients may be charged $75 for no shows or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

Refunds: Under extenuating circumstances, I provide a refund, pro-rated for unused services. Refunds not offered for services provided.

Agreement Termination: Kelly Dwyer and Grow Nutrition reserve the right to terminate a client agreement for any reason, including but not limited to lack of payment or client disengagement. Should this occur, I will refund the pro-rated amount paid for services not yet provided.

Privacy: Grow Nutrition llc and Kelly Dwyer do not share clients’ personal information (i.e. phone number, email, physical address) with any other parties. Grow collects this information for purposes of billing, client communication and marketing to prospective clients who have inquired about Grow’s services.

Clients sign a Policies & Disclosure document before services begin.
