Hello Teens (& Families)!

I’m excited to help you discover which foods and eating routines will help you feel better — physically and mentally.

When we make nutrition changes, it shows up in various ways.

What, how and when you eat can influence sleep, skin, weight, mood, digestion, energy, and athletic performance.

My approach is exploratory and upbeat.

I’m here to help you develop a positive relationship with food, to build confidence in preparing simple, nutritious snacks and meals at home, and to guide your food choices when eating out.

Along with a focus on food, I’ll help you identify and make simple changes in other aspects of your life that may contribute to not feeling well — such as inadequate sleep, high stress and movement. Each of these areas, along with nutrition, influence one another.


The Grow 12-week Teen Nutrition program includes:

  • 1 x 75-min. client intake session*

  • 3 x 55-min. consult sessions with teen*

  • 3 x 25-min. check-in sessions with parent/caregiver(s)

  • 10-min. call or text chat, between visits, as needed

  • Tools & resources, such as menu planning how-to, grocery how-to, recipes and relevant nutrition handouts, as needed

  • Referrals to physicians and allied health providers, as needed
