The 3-month You, Better! program is built on a framework for change and growth rooted in three areas.

Foundational Nutrition
The basics of eating well: the foods, the meal prep, the timing. Often simple, but rarely easy!

Nutrition Therapy
Targeted nutrition (macro- and micronutrients, eating routines) for your specific health condition(s), life phase or fitness goal. (Example gut repair, detoxification and supporting metabolic and cardiovascular health, headache, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmune conditions.)

Lifestyle Modification
Managing stress, sleeping well, moving more (or less) and tending to our needs for connection and joy all support nutrition changes.
