Feeling stuck? I got you.

You want to eat healthier, but getting started (or resuming healthy routines) can feel so hard.

Now’s not a good time, right?

“Work is crazy!”

“Money is tight …”

“I’m traveling too much to eat well.”

And maybe you’re just, sorta, waiting to get motivated.

If this sounds familiar, I get it. You’re stuck. You are human, and humans get stuck. That’s because our brains are wired to keep us safe. Change feels uncomfortable, so we stay on the couch with a bag of chips and tell ourselves all the reasons why we can’t invest in our health right now.

Well, my friend, that’s what I am here for. I can help you, starting wherever you are right this minute, with all of of life’s messy factors in the mix. (In some form, they’ll always be there…)

In my nutrition and lifestyle program, we move at a pace of change that works for you. No rules. No cookie-cutter plan.

Some of my clients ask loads of questions about nutrition, while others say, “please just tell me what to do.” But most realize a few weeks into my program that coaching makes all the difference.

“With Kelly’s guidance and support, I’ve achieved a rational and healthy relationship with food, and I enjoy eating again. Kelly listens when I discuss my history and concerns. And her compassionate and down-to-earth approach has given me the tools and support to lead a healthier lifestyle, without feeling overwhelmed.”

~ Carey

You could just go buy a nutrition book or two. (There are lots of great ones out there!) But working with me, you have a guide, someone to remind you to drink more water, to share a new recipe I think you will like. Someone who listens to your frustrations and shows you what’s possible. It’s all these things strung together that help you clear the hurdles that can hinder your efforts, so that you can make changes that last for years to come.

Investing in your health can feel indulgent. But your health truly is your greatest asset. My clients’ often report improvements in energy, digestion, mental clarity or sleep; reduced joint pain, healthier skin and greater stress resilience.

When you begin to feel better, it up-levels how you feel about yourself, and how you move through the world. What’s more, these changes bode well for healthier aging and reducing your risks for developing chronic disease.

“When I started seeing Kelly, I was underweight, my hormones were out of whack, and I wasn’t sleeping well. I was dealing with a ton of anxiety. She helped me connect the dots with all of this. I have gained weight back by eating certain foods and by working on the anxiety (meditation and breathing), which affected my appetite. And while I came to Kelly for facts about food and vitamins, her guidance and troubleshooting was what helped me make positive changes.”

~ Stella

In my program, I customize sessions to you. We work on basics that apply to your goals, such as increasing your protein or teaching how you to menu plan. Then we dive into nutrition therapy: I develop protocols to help support your challenges with digestion, energy, headaches, autoimmunity and inflammation, hormone balance, weight loss/gain, mood stability, mental focus, sleep, stress and others.

And we plan for challenges and mini-fails along the way. Stumbling is human, and it’s expected! I’ll help you make the mindset and habit shifts to help move you forward.

Many of my clients come to realize that feeling better, in body and mind, actually makes it easier to navigate life’s competing priorities, obligations and surprises.

Now is the right time. You need only to take the first step.
