Recipe Time: Lemony Electrolyte Drink

This electrolyte drink is quick, full of flavor and does the trick on hot day.

Mix it up by adding other fruits, herbs and spices!

How-to

In a pitcher, combine the following:

• 4 C plain filtered H20, or green/herbal tea, or unsweetened coconut water  

• 1/4 tsp. Himalayan or Redmond’s sea salt, dissolved in a bit of hot water

• 1/4 tsp. baking soda

• 1 tsp. Calcium/Magnesium powder*

• 1 T honey

• Juice of 2 lemons

• ¼ C orange or grapefruit juice

• Optional add-ins: ground ginger, cucumber or muddled berries
